Order Processing Times

Most orders are printed and packed within 4–7 business days after payment is received and artwork is approved, where applicable.

Custom, bulk, or made-to-order items may take longer depending on order size, stock availability, artwork requirements, and current production workload.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding NSW public holidays.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post or other suitable courier services.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location. Australia Post states that regular parcel delivery is generally estimated from 2+ business days, with delivery times depending on lodgement and destination points.

Express Shipping

Express shipping may be available at checkout for selected orders and locations.

Please note that Express shipping speeds up the delivery service after dispatch, but it does not always reduce the production time required to print and prepare your order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order size, destination, and selected shipping method.

Free or promotional shipping may be offered from time to time and will be shown at checkout where applicable.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available from Katoomba by arrangement. If local pickup is available for your order, you will be contacted when your order is ready.

Please wait until you receive confirmation before coming to collect your order.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your parcel has been lodged.

Delivery Delays

We do our best to dispatch orders within the stated processing times, but delays can occasionally occur due to stock availability, artwork approval delays, high order volumes, postal delays, courier disruptions, or events outside our control.

If your order is delayed, we will do our best to keep you informed and provide a reasonable solution where required. Under Australian Consumer Law, if a business cannot supply a paid product or service on time or within a reasonable time, it must provide a solution.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Katoomba Tees is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping details provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update it.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us with your order number and tracking details.

We will assist with checking the delivery status and, where appropriate, lodging an enquiry with the carrier.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:

• your order number
• photos of the damaged packaging
• photos of the damaged item
• a brief description of the issue

We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution where required under Australian Consumer Law.

International Shipping

At this stage, Katoomba Tees primarily ships within Australia.

If international shipping is available, shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.
